Terms and planning boundary

This workbench is a free planning and comparison tool. Outputs depend entirely on user-entered and editable assumptions. They are not quotations, bids, guarantees, validated market benchmarks, procurement recommendations, or tax, financial, legal, security, accessibility, healthcare, or compliance advice.
Provider prices, technologies, and requirements change. Verify current prices and project-specific requirements before relying on an output. A checked review lane means only that the user placed the review in scope; it is not a certification.
No client, advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship is created by using the workbench or contacting RN Collins. Any Aloha AI engagement requires a separate written scope.
The tool may be changed or withdrawn. It is provided without a warranty that it is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
What an output actually is
Every figure the workbench prints is a function of numbers you entered or accepted. The presets, the example scenario, and the default labor lines are illustrative starting points chosen to be plausible, not researched market rates, and they should be replaced with your own before an output is shown to anyone. The specification-confidence percentage counts how many planning fields are populated. It says nothing about whether the plan is sound, whether the estimate is accurate, or whether the project is feasible.
The rate catalog
The embedded provider rate catalog is a dated snapshot recorded by hand and versioned with the site. It is not a live price feed, no request is made to any provider at runtime, and it can be wrong the day after it was checked. The workbench displays the catalog's age and carries it into every export precisely so that its staleness is visible rather than assumed away. Where you have a negotiated, promotional, batch, or regional rate, enter it as an override; the tool will use your figure and mark it as yours.
Ranges, risk, and what they are not
Low and high values are your assumptions, not confidence bounds. The sensitivity ranking decomposes the width of the year-one range across the assumptions that produced it; it is arithmetic on your inputs, not a statistical estimate. Named risk drivers are percentage impacts you chose, applied to the high build subtotal, and shown separately. They are not probabilities, contingency reserves, insurance, or a compliance position, and checking a review lane records that a review is in scope rather than that it has happened.
Your data and your responsibility
Scenarios stay in your browser unless you export one or create a share link; a share link carries its full contents to whoever holds it. You are responsible for what you put into a scenario and for who you send it to, and for verifying current provider prices, licensing terms, staffing costs, and regulatory requirements before committing money or making procurement, tax, legal, employment, security, or compliance decisions.
